Kama Flow - partner of SibLegalWeek 2021

Kama Flow was a partner of one of the largest legal forums - SibLegalWeek2021, which was held from October 4 to 9 in Novosibirsk. The event brings together leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of jurisprudence, representatives of government authorities and the business community. The event was organized by the law companies "Usconsult", "LexProf", the Agency for the Protection of intellectual Rights "INCO" together with the Government of the Novosibirsk region and the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

On October 5, a session "Legal Regulation of Innovation Activity“ was held at the Boiling Point of the Academic Park, moderated by Pavel Okhonin, Executive Director of Kama Flow, and Ekaterina Shekhtman, patent attorney, Managing partner of the INCO Intellectual Property Protection Agency. Within the framework of the section, the Director of Legal Affairs of Kama Flow, Irina Dobrishchuk, as a speaker, made a report on such an organizational and legal form for direct and venture investments as an investment partnership. The end of the day was a business dinner from Kama Flow, where Pavel and Irina discussed with colleagues the current state and prospects for the development of the venture market, legal practice in the industry, and also shared successful cases from the KF portfolio.

Also during the forum, colleagues took part as speakers and moderators of a number of sections, where they discussed various aspects related to the intellectual property of technology companies, structuring venture transactions, as well as the interaction of investment funds with legal consultants.
