Pavel Anokhin, Executive Director of Kama Flow, took part in the conference "Financial Market Instruments for Corporations and SMEs", held on November 12 in Kazan. The event was organized by Cbonds-Congress, a provider of business conferences on financial markets.
As part of the section "Financing opportunities for a company from a startup to an IPO", Pavel and his colleagues discussed the specifics of venture investments in technology projects, issues of assessing their value, as well as the main steps of preparation and legal aspects of IPO.
