State Support for Celsus: KAMA FLOW Portfolio Company to Scale Nationwide

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Government and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to develop measures to promote the widespread adoption of Celsus technologies across Russia’s healthcare system. These measures include supporting the regional expansion of AI solutions used to analyze X-ray and computed tomography (CT) scans.
In 2020, KAMA FLOW invested RUB 180 million in the company. Today, Celsus’s AI-powered services help doctors analyze medical images in more than 70 Russian regions.
The Celsus case demonstrates the commercial potential of Russian-developed medical AI solutions. According to KAMA FLOW’s estimates, by 2030, the addressable market for independent companies in this sector could exceed RUB 70 billion, creating new opportunities for private investment.
