Alexander Beda

Joined the KAMA FLOW team in 2025. Responsible for contract management in both operational and investment activities, as well as document workflow administration across the group.

Academic and research achievements include co-authoring, together with PhD in Law A.I. Gerashchenko, the article “Challenges in Ensuring the Right of Access to Information in the Context of Artificial Intelligence Development”; completing Yandex’s “Lawyer in an IT Company” course; representing the university at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum in 2023 and 2024; and winning the International Youth Olympiad of the Higher School of Economics and the Kazakhstan Republican Law Olympiad in 2021.

Research interests include the legal regulation of artificial intelligence technologies and digital platform law.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics (HSE), specializing in Private Law and Economics, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Law at the HSE Faculty of Law.
