Roman Сhustuzian

Roman joined the team in 2026. At KAMA FLOW, his focus includes fundraising for PE & VC funds and investment projects, sourcing and executing new transactions, and supporting portfolio companies.

Roman brings over 15 years of experience in alternative investments, having worked at Mubadala Capital, IFC, Qatar-Russia Investment & Trade Advisory, VIM Investments (formerly VTB Capital Asset Management), and other organizations.

His track record spans Private Equity, Public Equity, Mezzanine, and Private Debt transactions, portfolio company management, as well as fundraising for investment funds and transactions involving Russian and Middle Eastern investors.

Roman has sector expertise across data centers, digital infrastructure, mobility, healthcare, consumer, agribusiness, manufacturing, and other industries. In addition, he has been teaching Private Equity and financial modeling at the Higher School of Economics for several years.

Roman holds a Master's degree in Economics from the dual-degree program jointly offered by the London School of Economics and the Higher School of Economics.
